Billing Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on runbabyrun.co.uk, you agree to the following billing terms. The merchant of record for all transactions is WIXAY LTD (Company number 16700366), 13 Lower Lakes Chilton Trinity, Bridgwater, England TA5 2BQ.

Payment Obligation

You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable VAT and delivery charges, at the time of ordering.

Authorisation

By submitting your order, you authorise WIXAY LTD to charge the selected payment method for the total amount due.

Failed Payments

If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please ensure your payment details are correct and your account has sufficient funds.

Chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Any chargeback that is not the result of an error on our part will be disputed. Evidence of the transaction and delivery will be submitted to the relevant payment provider.

Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy, back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to appear.

Instalment or Subscription Plans

Where instalment or subscription payment options are offered, the specific terms of those plans will be presented at checkout. You may cancel future payments in accordance with those terms.
