Do you ship outside the UK?

No, we currently ship to UK addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow a few hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 working days of ordering, please contact us at welcome@runbabyrun.co.uk.

Can I return an opened car seat?

No. For safety and hygiene reasons, car seats cannot be returned once they have been removed from their original packaging or used. Please check product details carefully before purchasing. If your car seat is faulty, please contact us and we will arrange a return and replacement.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, and you can also pay by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express through PayPal without needing a PayPal account.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our returns criteria, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Are your products safety tested?

Yes. All products sold on Run Baby Run meet current UK and/or EU safety standards. We only stock products from reputable brands and manufacturers. Look for CE and UKCA marks on applicable products.

Do you offer price matching?

We do not currently offer a price-matching service. We work hard to keep our prices competitive and regularly run promotions.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at welcome@runbabyrun.co.uk or call +44 7454 734341. Once your order has been dispatched, you will need to use our returns process.

Do prams and pushchairs come assembled?

No, most prams and pushchairs require self-assembly. Full assembly instructions are included in the box, and many brands also provide video tutorials on their websites. If you need help, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist.
