Warranty & Replacement

All products sold by Run Baby Run come with a manufacturer’s warranty as specified on the product page. In addition, all products are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides a 2-year guarantee against defects.

Making a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at welcome@runbabyrun.co.uk with your order number and a description of the fault.
  2. Please include photographic or video evidence of the defect where possible.
  3. We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.
  4. You can expect a repair, replacement, or update within 28 days of us confirming the claim.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Modifications or repairs carried out by an unauthorised third party
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Between 30 days and 6 months, we will offer repair or replacement first. After 6 months, you may need to demonstrate the fault existed at the time of purchase.
