Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

How to Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at welcome@runbabyrun.co.uk, quoting your order number.
  2. Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
  3. Return the item using a tracked service. The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. We will email you to confirm your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Car seats (once removed from packaging or used)
  • Cot mattresses and sleep surfaces

Please check your item carefully before opening if you are unsure.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days at welcome@runbabyrun.co.uk. We will provide a free return label and offer a full refund or replacement at your choice. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your Statutory Rights

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this returns policy. You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
