Scottish Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and other remote areas may take an additional 1–2 working days.
Large Item Deliveries (Prams, Furniture)
Large items such as prams, pushchairs, and nursery furniture are delivered by a specialist courier. You will receive a 2-hour delivery window notification. Delivery is to the ground floor or front door only. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Important Notes
- We cannot change your delivery address after your order has been dispatched.
- Estimated delivery times are working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers outside of our control.
